Our client is a large manufacturer of all types of timber products with several high energy usage machines, they are
currently using the full amount of energy available from the grid connection.
They have to use a diesel generator for their paint line, at peak times they have to schedule usage of machines to avoid
overload.
Our client is looking to increase there available energy in a sustainable way to eventually move away from the generator,
solar was decided to be the best financial and environmentally friendly option.

The system consists of 329 Tiger Neo, Ntype, 435W panels giving a total of 143KWp meaning that the
maximum the system can produce is 143KW per hour.
2 x Solax 3phase, 60Kw inverters giving a maximum of 120KW per hour back to the clients supply, these
inverter were selected to make the system as efficient as possible.
The estimated yearly input from the system is 112,000KW and from the energy profile provided by the client
it is estimated that the client will use 88% of this energy with the rest being fed back to the grid.

This has given our client the benefit of reduing energy used from the grid therefore lowering their electricity running costs. Additionally energy is sent back to the grid at weekends when the site isnt in use generating an additional income. By installing Solar our client has implemented an evironmentally friendly solution to production costs.
